Ai reacted, but before she could respond any further, her eyes dilated as she sensed an intense pressure behind her.

"What's up? You seem to be rather worried. Did I scare you, oh, heavenly warrior?"

Ary, who had appeared behind Ai, asked with a hint of mockery in his voice.

"You brat!"

Hearing his comment, Ai gritted her teeth and flashed her hand behind in an attempt to attack Ary.

Yet, her ambush was in vain since Ary vanished before her blow could even scratch him.

"Not bad."

"?!"

Reappearing behind Ai, Ary leaned against her, commenting,

"Say, why aren't you being serious now? You're making me yawn, you know?"

"You're being so full of yourself, huh?"

Ai taunted with an annoyed look.

"Oh, I'm just being normal, you know?"

Ary smirked, turned around, and instantly landed a hard kick against Ai's spine.
