"Nothing," Huo Ting continued, "Never mind, come downstairs with me."

"But the gift..."

"I'll take care of the gift situation," Huo Ting said. "But let me be clear, I will only apologize to those innocent women who got dragged into this; I definitely won't apologize to that sister-in-law of yours!"

Huo Ting had his own convictions and pride.

If he didn't believe he was at fault, he absolutely would not apologize!

"Mhm," Susu nodded.
