Bab 67: Thinking of Love

More staring. 

Pride's Beta seemed to be the wary kind. Eros raised an eyebrow when he noticed the wolf's glare was directed at him. 

"Is something amiss, Beta?" 

"..." Almost shyly, he finally turned away to discuss other matters with Pride. 

The angel, meanwhile, felt his tattoo itch. Hoping it meant nothing, he rubbed the spot and checked his phone. 

No messages, no calls. This hopefully meant everything was alright. Perhaps he should check after all? He recalled Coral's nonplussed expression upon recognizing Ramiel. As he was about to dial the number, the rest of the cavalry arrived. 

Toshi accompanied Alric. While the white fox had a big grin across his face, his brother looked very exasperated.
