Bab 90: Spoils

Evening time, Max was returning from work. He thought about the meeting with Roberto Alejandro and his teammates. Since he couldn't recruit Jessica to the team, Max was able to convince someone else to join. Max was on his way home to get his bags. He wanted to be set before going on the mission. He had planned to stay with Jake after the meeting.

"Can't delay this any further. But I'll need a good shower first." Max hurried home.

He arrived at his house, unlocked the door, and entered. Max locked the door from behind and headed for the bathroom. He had a quick bath before coming out to dry up and get dressed. Max quickly put on a red top and black trousers. Then he wore a thick black jacket to match. The night was cold, so he needed the jacket. He grabbed a bag and arranged his weapons inside along with other important things. Then he was set to leave.

"Time to go. Roberto must be waiting." Max grabbed his bag and stepped out of the room.
