Adam knew that it would be more comfortable for him to return by car with Piotr as a driver, but he wanted to devote this time only to himself and see how he would manage without the moral support of his cousin. He even entered a small, poor-looking bar for traditional plince with pomoćka, potato pancakes with cottage cheese sauce, which tasted much better than the appearance of the restaurant suggested. He tried to do everything not to think about returning to the capital.
