"Alexandra, don't force yourself," Edrik said, struggling to release my forearm from my mouth.
The last brain cell I had left had probably given up on its life force. I didn't know if I could be considered an intelligent species at that moment.
Edrik kept pulling my forearm, and my bite only pierced deeper.
"Leave it, Alessandra. You are going to bite off your hand at this rate," Edrik said again.
Edrik grabbed me by my neck like a feline's, and I continued to chew on my forearm. The door suddenly opened from outside.
"Brother?" Edrik mumbled.
I growled at the sight of Xavier. Edrik's provocation had made me lose my mind like a hungry animal. Even the sight of Xavier made my thirst go up uncontrollably.
I began to struggle in Edrik's grip, finally releasing my forearm. I spread my hands, intending to grab Xavier. Biting Xavier had become the only goal in my life.
