After selling his soul to the ancient vampire Lord, Prince Edrik got abilities from the vampire Lord. His powers had increased a few more folds than earlier.

Prince Edrik already possessed an alpha wolf. On top of that, he was capable of using the vampire abilities. I felt Prince Edrik was far ahead of my league. Hence, when he forced me to go with him further deep into the village, I failed to protest.

Edrik's grip was so strong that it left bruises on my arms. In a tiny cottage, he left me with a few rogue females. I noticed they had dressed differently.

The elegance that the general wolves possessed was nowhere near these people. They purposely had numerous cut marks, almost in a pattern, all over their bodies.

The women did not appear friendly at all. Their gaze was piercing, and they didn't care about any etiquette either. They grabbed my arms and almost shoved me into the bathtub.
