The monsters agreed, although some of them did so more willingly than others, and so the same night they embarked on a new journey to return to me.

I won’t get into details, as nothing much happened on the way back. But when they were finally back it was Friday night and in the garden a “welcome committee” awaited them that one could hardly call pleasant.

While the monsters fell in love, did charities and argued in Monte Carlo, Rot had been quite active. The scary creatures left behind, especially the skeletons, had risen up and when they saw Bony, whom by now considered to be nothing more than a brutal oppressor, surrounded him and started shouting at the top of their voices the catchy slogan “Bony sinks - Rot rises”

‘What have we here?’ yelled Bony, ’A mutiny? Α revolt? Rot, what’s the meaning of this? Are you the one responsible for this chaos?’
