Bab 107: So Tired...
Standing on the blue staircase, Athena wondered what she needed to do to get back. Her tests showed she could get to a specific place on level 54 consistently, but never get back to whatever level she was at.
Sighing, Athena kept testing while going to each level to find out how to move between them without no-clipping. Looking at level 55 she wondered if she was missing something.
Level 55 is what looks like an abandoned grocery store. The only weird thing about is the lack of normal shelves. Instead, it only has working freezers that make a strange maze. These freezers go from the floor to the roof and although they do work to cool down the human body, it does nothing for preserving items.

ObsidianWolf I hope some people realize that this level was an evolution over time. With the humans who were stuck in the past (Customers) end up as skeletons.
When they adapt to the water to feed on the fish they become Gators.
Yet when the water level is decreasing they become more like frogs as they learn to hop.
Later when the water completely disappears and is replaced by grass they become more like grasshoppers as they learn how to attack others. Yet as omnivores they like meat, yet can do without so they don't focus on attacking.
Then when food runs low they start a frenzy which is often called a Plague. The less food there is the more they frenzy.
When there aren't even plants to feed on they focus on their only other source of food and learn to ambush more efficiently.
