Bab 7: Chapter 6 - The Witches of Sin

The sun rose over the horizon giving the signal that a new day was about to begin, the sun's rays illuminated the entire world causing the darkness to depart.
In one of the rooms of the Mathers mansion, the sun's rays penetrated through the window making the figure of the person lying on the bed better seen. Sitting to the side, Kaito looked at Emilia sleeping peacefully. Seeing her face, Kaito couldn't help but slightly move the strands of hair that covered her face.
Being like this, Kaito realized the rays coming through the window. With a thought the rays of sunlight that crossed through the window were kept out of the room as if a barrier prevented their passage.
"Hey Puck, why are you still silent?" As Kaito lightly moved Emilia's hair, she spoke to the necklace that she had on her neck.
Puck: "...". However, Kaito did not get any response.
Of course, Kaito didn't care about this either, it was Puck's decision to answer, he had no obligation to make Puck speak. He didn't worry about it either.

Kaito: "...".

After receiving his order, Kurama didn't delay another second and left the site. Kaito for his part saw Emilia's room for the last time, after doing so he transported to where Subaru was.

Subaru was watering the plants, it was his job after arriving at the mansion yesterday. Although he was offered a place to stay he still didn't want to sit around doing nothing.

Noticing this, Kaito released him and simply signaled to Subaru to follow him. This one for his part only hesitated for a moment until he followed Kaito helplessly.
So the two were walking for a long time. From going through the town near the mansion to continuing into the forest. It is obvious that this situation was no longer to Subaru's liking, as he was ready to speak he was interrupted by Kaito who spoke first.
"Well since I told you that I would tell you the reason why you came to this world. So it's better to start explaining things to you...". After speaking, Kaito began to tell Subaru the story of his past life as a Flugel. At her side was another young man not as flashy as the first but who also made her feel a trace of oppression. But Echidna fixed herself for a while on Subaru's remaining aura, so that after a while of observation her eyes widened slightly. The young man had the remnant aura of Satella, or rather... his old friend.
As for why it is only the remaining energy, it is easy to explain.
