"Lepus-san, we need help...."
Hearing Gillian suddenly say that, Lepus and the girls were quite confused and surprised.
"Help?"
"Yes."
"Why?"
Gillian then explained all the sequence of events and problems encountered.
Gillian also explained about Max's background, Sera, and also herself.
After hearing all of Gillian's explanations, Lepus came to a conclusion.
"So, basically you are asking for my help to free your sister or fiancee who was detained by Marine?"
Max and Gillian nodded.
Then Lepus asked.
"Gillian-san, you know that even though we're yet officially formed, we're pirates, right? And you asked us pirates to help a bounty hunter to strike a Marine Base? Are you kidding me?"
Gillian and Max fell silent and lowered their heads slightly after hearing Lepus' words.
Seeing the two of them, Lepus spoke again.
".... Fine. But there are conditions."
Hearing Lepus' answer, Gillian and Max immediately raised their heads with dumbfounded and hopeful expressions.
Then Gillian asked Lepus.
"Condition?"
"Yes."
Lepus looked at Max and asked.
"You can fight?"
".... Quite a bit."
Max answered quite firmly.
"What about your fiancee? And what weapons can you use?"
"We are mastering a gun-kata. Sera is a shooter/sniper mainly and use a sword-rifle. Meanwhile, I usually use twin daggers or twin revolvers. Why are you asking this?"
Max frowned slightly.
And Lepus smiled a little and answered.
"Because I want to assess your worth."
"Worth?"
"Yes. The condition I ask is that both of you must join my crew. .... A pirate crew. Are you dare?"
Max was silent after hearing Lepus' conditions.
Max thought for some time and finally decided firmly.
".... Alright. I accept."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes! As long as I can save Sera and stay with her, I will do whatever it takes!"
"Good then."
Then Lepus asked Gillian.
"How about you, Gillian-san? Are you okay with your sister becoming a pirate?"
Gillian answered Lepus' question with a smile.
"It doesn't matter. They're adults. They can make their own decisions. .... And besides, I won't have to worry if they come with Lepus-san and the others."
Lepus nodded.
"Alright.... Time to remind the Marines that I'm still exist in this world."
Lepus grinned like a devil.

"Sera is being held at which Marine Base? Wnd who is the Commander there?"
Lepus asked Max and Max answered.
"Sera is being held at the Marine Base on Loggins Island. The Marine Commander there is Captain Anchoor."
Lepus then picked up the map to confirm the place and coordinates.
"Alright.... Me, Brisa, Kuina, Amber, Muret, and Max also will be going there."
They nodded in understanding.
Then Lepus took out six black masks and robes and handed them to Brisa, Kuina, Amber, Muret, Max, and also to himself.
"Wear these masks and robes."
After everything was ready, Lepus opened the gap.
"Let's go."
Max was quite surprised to see what Lepus did. But he remained silent and didn't ask even though he knows it probably from Devil Fruit ability.
They entered the gap and then exited the Loggins Island branch of the Marine Outpost field.
Then Lepus spoke.
"Max, do you know where Sera is being held?"
"I know."
"Good. Kuina you help Max to free Sera. Meanwhile the four of us stay here and will make a diversion."
"Fine."
Max and Kuina then go to free Sera in prison.
Lepus then smirked.
"Alright! Let's start the party!"
