Bab 16: Jealous?

"I really don't know you can cook, I thought your only talent is to read, and remain pretty. I don't know you have a talent such as this hidden up your sleeves" he smiles playfully.

" if your mother doesn't take care, I will kidnap you and take you to a place where no one will ever find you", he wink.

I smile at his words, " only if you can go pass my mom. That woman is a diva if she sets her mind to do something," I stand with my still half filled plate.

"Where're you taking that food to?", he pointedly look at my plate.

"To the sink of course", I shrug.

"If you won't eat it again, you can give it to me. Am still famished, and I don't think I will get enough of a food as delicious as yours".

His appreciation of my food although pleasing isn't coming from the mouth of the person I want it to.

I drop the plate of food beside him, and walk close to the window.
