Bab 107: Ji-ho takes charge

"Walter," Ji-ho called out to the man in the crowd. "Come here." The amount of heckling and noisy conversation was getting louder by the second and Ji-ho knew she had to shut them up or the time given to her for defence would be wasted.

For someone on trial and being judged by a biased jury, you don't seem to be too worried, doc.

That's because I have the truth and the power of antibiotics on my side. It'll be a cold day in hell before I let myself get trapped by a bunch of country bumpkins and their corrupt elders. 

When Walter began to hobble out of the crowd, people gave way to him and the noise abated enough for Ji-ho to make an announcement. 

"Here is a man who stands before you alive and well though Renee, your stand-in healer, had declared his wound to be fatal."
