Raegis's eyes narrowed, her claws unsheathed. "Precise magic? That's rich coming from a flimsy elf with a wand. It's a wonder you can even handle it with those frail, twig-like fingers of yours."

Amelia's face flushed with anger, her hands gripping her staff tighter. "Watch your tongue, Raegis. I may be an elf, but at least I don't look like a mangy, oversized mutt."

Raegis growled, her beastkin features contorting with fury. "At least I have strength and endurance, unlike you with your fragile frame and delicate constitution. A gust of wind could knock you over."

Amelia's eyes blazed with intensity, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot the beastkin measure their strength in how many things they can chew on. Maybe that's why you're so obsessed with proving your dominance."

Raegis lunged forward, her claws slashing through the air. "You've crossed the line, elf. Prepare to taste the wrath of a true warrior."
