Bab 292: Assassin?

Although Herald was being choked by a really tall and muscular man, who looked more like a demon instead of a man, he didn’t look fazed at all.

Rather, he curiously looked at the facial features as well as bodily features of that man who was towering over him and then asked in a very calm voice, “You’re not the alpha, are you?”

“I am the one who does the questioning here! Now, answer me, or else, you won’t see the light of the day.” Slayer threatened Herald and let out a low growl in order to intimidate him. As he was angry, his eyes shone brightly, and the color of his eyes was clearly visible in that dark dungeon.

Upon seeing the amber eyes, Herald sighed as if he was greatly disappointed. “Yes, definitely not the alpha. I should go and find him soon before everyone starts to recover,” he mumbled to himself and acted as if Slayer was invisible to him.
