Bab 185: Reward for throwing a tantrum

The Young Master stared at the fuming girl in front of him without saying anything. 

"Your men failed!" She yelled at him for the umpteenth time and pointed a finger at his face. "You, you, you…" her finger slowly went down and she took a step back and gulped the moment she saw the way he was looking at her. 

Staring at his eyes, the black Iris had shifted up, and the white was more visible. She was standing and he was sitting, however, the death stare was so intense that her back got soaked with sweat and a chill ran down her spine. 

He held the couch's armrest, attempting to get up. 

Lu Yan continued to step back and the Young Master started to walk towards her. 

Lu Yan hit her back on the cold wall and her heart dropped. With every step he took, the thumping of her heart increased. 'Is this my end?'
