Bab 303: Chapter 303

Blanca knew that Mora would be recruiting young Danny to her side. She was sure of it, just as she was sure the witch had planned all along to seize Elfar from her. Mora has been succeeding a lot lately. It left a vicious taste in Blanca's mouth.

Blanca did wonder why, out of all the possible reasons, the young witch had chosen Elfar. During those days of travelling with the young witch, Blanca noticed that Mora wouldn't pass up any chance to humiliate her. One week might have been the blink of an eye to an immortal, but Mora would find ways to make it feel like an eternity.

Blanca understood that Mora would eventually realize that she knew her ploy. But Blanca and her best friend didn't just get along; they loved each other like sisters and brothers.

Elfar walked up beside her. "That was fierce. What the hell was that? Showing your fangs now?" He teased and commented as Danny escorted Mora out of the little cabin.
