Bab 146: Chapter 146 (Where is the princess?)

King Valerius hadn't been in the palace all day as he had gone for a function. As soon as he returned to the Palace that night, the first thing that crossed his mind was to check on his daughter. As he walked hurriedly with this Beta, Thravid along the hallway, he cursed himself inwardly for not remembering that that day was the day of the werewolves. He then wondered if anyone at all in the palace was able to remind the Princess and keep her safe.

As he got to her door, he knocked severally but there was no answer. He opened the door and saw that the Princess wasn't there. His eyes widened in fear and he turned to look at Thravid who looked to be surprised too.

"Thravid, where is my daughter?" Valerius asked in a low tone even though he was serious. Without waiting for Thravid to respond, he hastily walked out of there and was headed straight to the palace dungeon.
