Bab 1323: Overzealous Person

Xia He's wedding may be very important, but for Xia Zhe, nothing was more important than Qiao Mei. It would not be good if Qiao Mei became exhausted because of this.

"Don't worry, I'm in good health! I grew up eating ginseng!" Qiao Mei said proudly.

Xia Zhe held Qiao Mei's hand as they slowly made their way back to their house. He could not help feeling that such a life was quite comfortable. This time round, he had applied for a long period of leave from his superiors.
