The people around the penthouse weren't humans but Artemians so they were able to restrain their fears and anxiety. What was happening was sending fear to their minds. It was something that the earth has never seen but what was happening was an omen talked about in Avel galaxy. They say when the twelve dragons representing the moon deity and the forty dragons representing the sun god appears; it only means that a god has descended to that place where the dragons made an appearance. For ordinary citizens it could be hazardous if there was a conflict but for elites born under the radiance of the sun or moon it was nothing. As such the citizens around were frightened to their core.

  Alba on the other hand only scoffed at the sight of the whirlwind and took off his shirt as he headed towards the beach facing their penthouses where the storm was coming from. The others all watched feeling puzzled as Alba headed for the beach unfazed:

"Is he going to be okay?"
