Bab 148: Chapter CXLVIII - A Grand Announcement

RyuK came down with his spear hard against Gemad's head, causing him to stop spewing fire. He turned to face where Marcus was, watching a sphere of water swirl around the young man.

Marcus was heavily panting inside the orb of water. His hands were thrown out in both directions maintaining the water barrier. He brought his hands in against his chest before throwing them out fiercely as the sphere of water exploded into hundreds of smaller orbs.

He raised his hand high into the air as every water drop quickly froze, suspended in the air. Each orb of ice quickly began spinning as their shapes changed into jagged spears.

RyuK backflipped off the dragon's head as he jabbed its face in quick succession as he fell to the ground. Gemad raised his front foreleg, slamming it down, prompting RyuK to retreat, circling around him, attacking him in various locations while Marcus charged his attack.
