While Marcus, Artox, Wrex, Ghost, Uleguerand, Ishani were all out, Raia was the defacto interim leader of The Phantoms.

Much to her dismay, a whole pile of work was left behind. In the wake of roughly fifty percent of their leadership disappearing, their tasks were now all delivered to her.

Thankfully, the Elders had finalized the recommendations, and the thirty-one leaders were awaiting confirmation from the Guild Master to receive their promotions. Alas, Marcus was unable to be reached to issue them out.

Raia called for a meeting with the remaining Elders and the interim leaders for the Elders who were vacant at the moment. She handed out the orders and the dungeons that Mete, Rahl, Bromir, and Picanto were to clear. Included within the packets, she passed out were instructions on how to clear their target dungeons and what their overall level will need to be.
