" By the way,  I am her biological brother…" he replied, before Ava give any reply to Daisy.

Ava's shock deepened as Daisy's revelation sank in. She stared at Daisy, her mind reeling with disbelief. "Your brother?" she repeated, struggling to comprehend the unexpected connection between Jake and Daisy.

Daisy's smile was warm, but Ava could sense an undercurrent of curiosity in her question. Ava hesitated for a moment before answering, "It's a long story, Daisy. I'll explain later."

Before Ava could say more, Jake stepped in, his expression serious. "We'll talk about it later."
