Between a random alleyway, Grantt and the mysterious woman halted their chase.

???: [Mother...? Oh my, it seems like you've mistaken me for someone.]

The woman would hold her chin and lean a bit back, addressing the mistaken young man.

It was an uncanny resemblance, after all. She had looked like his mother in all sorts of ways, Grantt had thought.

Yet, the only different thing mother was always depicted as someone who liked being a forefront warrior and wore armor, not a slender figure that moved like a shadow.

Grantt: [T-Then who the heck are you?!]

Vixien: [The name is, Vixien. Nice to meet you... my nephew.]

Grantt: [———!?]

Surprised, Grantt's face showed skepticism, waiting for his alter egos to intervene, however...
