Bab 79: Truth or lies

Rody narrated everything that he saw upstairs to Meghan and Samantha. He wasn't the best at explanations though. Sheila had to chip in every now and then to add something he forgot or correct something he described wrongly. It took quite a bit longer to finish explaining than he had originally thought, mainly owing to the fact that Meghan kept asking doubts one after the other. Since they were specific to what Ray had discovered, Rody had no other choice but to answer that he didn't know.

Samantha, naturally, merely listened to the whole thing in silence. But unlike most times, it felt like she was putting in an active effort to take all the information in.
