After leaving the office, I was still upset at my superior officers, and I stormed away. However, I was conscious of the fact that they had expected me to leave in irrational wrath and emotional flurry.

They wanted me to get medical attention. Therapy? Me? As a Navy Seal, I developed my independence and self-reliance. In the end, I didn't ask for help.
