Bab 41: Sebastian's vow

"That's my daughter" Duke kenworthy exclaimed in glee as soon as the butler finished reciting the incident with the crown prince Louis and Iris.

Heeding his lady's order, the butler escorted the crown prince and princess Vanessa out of the duchy. Thankfully, the prince did not cause further commotion and left on his own feet. 

After that, the butler waited until the evening for his master to return and told him about everything that occurred. 

"That little wimp" after appreciating his daughter's actions, he also made sure to swear at Louis. That boy was nothing but a puppet in the hands of his mother. How dare someone like that trouble his daughter? 

Augustus felt like he had failed both of his daughters. One died due to the empress' scheming and the remaining daughter whom he found after so many years had to face that woman's son.
