Bab 409: Chapter 410: Learning to Cherish Oneself

Hailey Griffith immediately changed her clothes and went out, headed towards the parking lot while calling Cherish Turner. She found out through the call that Cherish had already gotten home, so she hurried there. When she got to the building where Cherish lived and took the elevator upstairs, as the doors opened, she saw Cherish waiting there, smiling at her in greeting.

"Hailey, what brings you here all of a sudden?" Cherish said with a smile, inviting her in to sit.

Hailey looked around and didn't see Sam Turner, which made her feel a bit disappointed, but she stubbornly didn't want to let Cherish see her disappointment.

"Feel free to sit, I'll make some coffee," Cherish said with an awkward smile, turning to make the drinks.

Hailey puzzledly sat down, watching her make the coffee. Her gaze involuntarily drifted downwards, glancing at Cherish's stomach. Hesitating, she finally voiced her concern, "Sis, you look a bit pale. Are you feeling unwell?"
