Alexander POV

"Don't freak out after hearing what I'm about to say !"

I squeezed my hands together , and gave Austin an eye instruction to close the door. He raised his hands and a strong red energy gushed out slamming the door shut.

He also covered the room with a shield so that nobody could hear what we're talking inside.

"My Oceane is not human!"

I remarked which made Steven shrug off. His face was saying it all that he isn't believing in my words. But do I need to explain in detail, thoroughly... Answer is no.

"She is terminally ill and will die soon ," I stated. Steven awkwardly stared at Austin , Austin nodded his head clarifying that whatever I'm saying is true.

Steven trembled inside, he moved to my table and nervously asked,"But why? "

I could see tears in Steven's eyes. And his reaction to my words is understandable. While I was always on the battlefield, Steven was the one who took care of Oceane with Alicia. Maybe my heart wants to thank him for doing so...
