At the end of the workday, Lily McKenzie invited everyone to dinner, taking advantage of her first day on the set. Charlotte Cooper knew that Lily was trying to win people's favor and pull the crew's strings. It was a coincidence that Henry Russell came to pick Charlotte up, so she made an excuse that the two had already made arrangements.

"Mr. Russell, since we're all eating anyway, why don't you join us?" Lily McKenzie said, fawning over him.

"I can't eat a bite, not with you around!"

Henry Russell snorted coldly, his words filled with contempt and disgust. Lily thought Henry would be more careful with his words in front of so many crew members but didn't expect that she would be rendered speechless.

"We won't be eating. The most important thing for an actor is to be good at their craft. I need to rest well today, so I'll have the energy to perform my best tomorrow. You all shouldn't stay out too late either, so you don't hold up tomorrow's work!"
