"You don't know?" The officer repeated, then stopped talking.
The sound of the pen on paper, Charlotte glanced several times and hesitantly asked, "Can I clear my suspicion now?"
"I'm sorry, not yet." The officer closed the notebook, and both of them stood up one after another. "Based on your answers, Miss Yu, you have indeed cleared half of the suspicions on you, but there are still some remaining."
"How can I leave then? Clear all the suspicions on me?" Charlotte raised her eyes, feeling increasingly hopeless about leaving the police station, or even entertaining the thought of it.
