"Lily, you're all by yourself?" She sat down across from Lily, smiling brightly, like a friendly older sister from next door.
Upon hearing her name called, Lily raised her head and stared blankly when she saw Linda. "Who are you? Do I know you?"
Arrogant words uttered with an equally arrogant tone—truly the temperament of the Russell family's little princess.
"I'm Linda, we just met earlier." Linda replied good-naturedly.
But she cursed inwardly, thinking of how many times she had gone out of her way to initiate conversation with Lily—couldn't she be a bit less clueless?

Lily stopped at that, lowered her head, and continued to drink her juice.
Although she was already an adult, her parents and brother never let her drink alcohol. So at parties like this, she could only drink juice.
