Bab 51: a peck from ikeris
Earth bullets!!
Alex casted another spell instantly without the need to complete any elemental moon. Soon, numerous rocks with bullet shapes and were thumb sized appeared all over the room,they floated in front of Alex, waiting for the next command.
Alex aimed all of the earth bullets at the boulder in front of him,the earth bullets rushed towards the earth shield at a speed visible to the eyes.
Thug...thug.... thug!!
The sound of the earth bullets hitting the shield filled the room.
The sound continued for a whole half a minute before finally stopping, Alex was surprised to find out that the shield was not damaged in the slightest,not even the tiniest crack could be found on it.
The earth bullets on the other hand also didn't crack after making contact with the earth shield,they just fell on the floor after hitting the shield.
Alex continued testing his spells, from earth spells to the water element then to the wind element, after bombarding the shield with so many spells,the shield finally cracked in the middle,Alex just sent a simple water bullet and it finally crumbled to bits.
Alex was satisfied with the results of his experiment,he was about to leave when a sudden idea struck his mind,he opened the white portal to the beast realm again and summoned ikeris.
He created another earth shield, space shield and water shield all together,then asked Ikeris to destroy the combined shield.
BAM!! BAM!! BAM!!!
Ikeris stomped on the combination of three Shields for a few minutes but failed to accomplish its master's order.
It became irritated and brought down its head and pecked once with its golden beak in fury.
The almighty combination of Shields instantly crumbled after receiving a peck from the beak of a royal eagle.
Ikeris raised its head and looked at Alex,its eyes showing its feeling of being proud of itself for completing what it acknowledged to be a difficult mission since it was forced to use its beak.
Alex sent ikeris back to the beast realm before deactivating all the spells he had casted on the room earlier,he immediately exited the first floor after he was done and headed straight to his room .
He took a quick shower and changed in an ordinary outfit since he was still in his uniform all this while.
After he was done,he took out his phone and realized that he had received a message from Becky some hours ago,the content of the message was that herself and ken were heading to the library and wanted him to come along,but Alex was in the middle of his training at that time and thus did not see the message.
He did not have anything to do at the moment so he headed to the library to accompany them.
Alex met some students along the way who were looking at him with eye's that clearly conveyed their desire to shred him to pieces.
Alex paid them no attention and just passed them like he didn't notice their obvious gazes,this only made them more angry and they started cursing at Alex for ignoring their presence in such a manner.
Alex finally stopped and turned to them,he said with scorn "what am I supposed to do then?lick your shoes and kowtow to you?wake up and get your bird brain and time to something more useful,now,if you may excuse me,I have somewhere important to be" Alex hissed at them before walking away, unconcerned about their angry voices coming from behind him.
He was soon out of their sight after moving a little further and taking a turn in the corner.
Alex soon arrived at the library but was stopped at the entrance by the library attendant who requested to see his pass.
Alex searched through his clothes and suddenly came to realize that he didn't bring his pass with him after Changing from his uniform.
He facepalmed at his clumsiness,he could only resort to trying to see reasons with the attendance but was still denied entry,no matter what he said,the library attendant paid no attention to him.
He could only sighed and was about to leave feeling dejected.
He had yet to move three steps when a slender hand held his shoulder.
Alex thought it was Becky so he didn't evade,he turned around, wanting to explain that he won't be able to enter,but what came into his vision made him frown.
Long brown hair, slender figure, small face, brown big eyes,she was the definition of the word 'cute'.
Alex recognized her as one of the seniors he had made contact with a few times,not him though,the old alex.
Alex halted the explanation he was about to spit out back in his throat,he looked at the girl who was still staring at him,she wasn't as tall as Alex so she had to raise her head to look into his eyes.
Alex's eyes drifted off to the hand on his shoulder then back to her face,he slowly moved his shoulder away, causing her hand to fall,he stepped some meters away from her while still staring at her.
The attendant just watched from the side with interest, anticipating how their encounter would unfold.
"What do you want?" Alex was first to speak,he didn't remember having black blood or being acquainted with this female senior,then it must be something he wasn't aware of.
"Nothing really,I just wanted to ask if you were willing to be my pe... sorry, boyfriend"the girl said as she made a seductive pose, sticking out her cute butt and at the same time exposing part of her ample bosom to Alex.
She indeed was a perfect figure but Alex didn't think much of this sight,he was more interested in the girl's words, although she had been quick to correct herself,Alex was still able to grasp what her intentions really were.
He raised his eyebrows and pondered,so she wanted a puppet in disguise as a boyfriend. She was the boss lady type,what a headache, unfortunately,she came to the wrong guy.
Alex closed in the distance between them,he let out a low playful laugh,the girl thought Alex might be interested and grinned to herself, gaining control of the jeaga heir, could life be more generous?
Alex looked at the grin on her face and felt pity for her,she definitely wasn't expecting a rejection which was just a minute away.
