Bab 27: Crazy cop

St. Michael was a public hospital. After Leonardo had left, Amani tried calling Becca's phone number but it was still switched off. It was a very big hospital and she had no idea the ward she was admitted to or where and how to start looking for her friend

She knew some big public organizations like St Michael hospitals always have a map that visitors can use to easily find their way around, displayed somewhere. 

She was contemplating who to ask that would point her in the direction the map was located while at the same time, looking around to see if she could find the map herself when she heard someone call her name.

Amani turned. Coming towards her with the gait of a cocksure man who was always ready for trouble, was the police officer that arrested her that morning. He was handsome while dressed in uniform in the morning, now she almost did not recognize him in casual clothes of jeans and a polo shirt.
