"How could you be this angry after your every meeting with your beloved ex-boyfriend, Ella?" Valerie asked me right away after I arrived in our hotel room, and I didn't expect her to be wide awake and waiting for me.

"He is so full of himself. Can you believe he asked me to be his wife for one year?" I said, and her eyes widened.

"For one year? Is that his condition now? Does it mean you can extend your stay at Mr. Moore's place for a year?" She asked, and I could see the confusion on her face, and I shook my head as I answered her question.

"No, he asked me to give up my cafe, and I should marry him for one year, and he will pay me Five Million Dollars," I said, and her eyes got so big that she opened her mouth and closed it without saying anything, and I could tell she was also speechless.

"No way," she mumbled as she collapsed on the bed.

"Archer is crazy," I responded.
