Bab 88: Familiy Ties

She then smiled at him, dismissing all the thoughts that were racing through her mind.

"Then, if it's all right with you. Tonight I'll be in your care."

Lay Ming, meanwhile, had gone for a smoke on the rooftop. He highly required some fresh air and open space to vent his frustrations. If he stayed near people, he was bound to cause a commotion and vent his rage on some employee.

He didn't want to, as tempting as it was, harass a poor employee because of his twisted personality. That would ruin his image and that of his company, Spiritronics.
