However, his smile slowly faded when his vision went through behind her. The man who's one hand was on his bleeding nose while the other was holding a gun pointing directly into Rayzel.

The ugly man's hand trembled as he pointed the gun at her while she was running…he was breathing heavily as he looked into Rayzel with so much anger written on his face.

Looking at it, Scott's heart stopped. And he did not spare any second of his time as he automatically took his gun and lifted his hand.

Rayzel seemed to still not notice that the guy behind her was already pointing his gun at her. Scott didn't have much time to tell her what to do. Before he could even do anything to hurt her, Scott pulled the trigger.

Thankfully, Scott's bullet was accurate enough to not brush through the skin of her ears. And the bullet hit directly into his right shoulder.
