Bab 396: Power Comes With Consequences

"I didn't know Archie was a passionate person," Ronan said, making Arielle laugh.

She took a deep breath, feeling touched by the short letter Archie had sent her. 

"I didn't know either," Arielle replied, folding back the letter.

Arielle was so moved that she felt like crying. However, she knew if she did, Ronan wouldn't like it. So, she raised her head to stop the tears from falling. A gentle touch on her cheek slowly calmed her down.

To someone who lost many members of his family for the throne, Archie sounded like two different people. Arielle felt a little sad because she was the only sibling that Archie had. In the past, Archie was always with Andrea or Annalise, being their bodyguard and pampering them dearly.

Now, the two sisters were no longer in this world. All the attention that Archie had given them was diverted to Arielle, who just so happened to be no longer around him.
