Bab 113: Ronan's Story

"Your Majesty, did you come to attack me on that full night then?"

"Arielle, there's one condition where I can't control my animal side's instincts. During a full moon, I can't control it. I felt like I was forced to fall asleep and didn't realize I had broken something. "Every full moon?"

Ronan nodded. "That's why every full moon, all people in the palace are forbidden to leave their rooms. Guards in the palace are brought out to keep me from attacking the citizens. But I did escape once."

Arielle straightened her body to look at the king. The man's tone turned very low. His brows furrowed as he tried not to feel pain when he spoke of that disastrous night.

"I was fourteen at the time. My mother had just given birth to my little sister. She was very beautiful."
