When we finally arrived back in the sewers, Garel administered the medicine to his daughter as I watch from the other corner.

"You seem agitated, Lord Progenitor."

Fauna approaches me with a peach on hand.

As she drops on her knees to sit in front of me, she politely offers the peach to me with a worried look on her face.

"It's... nothing."

When I turned it down, her shoulders drops as her worry grows further.
