"Yes, you're too loud. You scared me and the baby," Gu Huanhuan said, playfully pouting.
"Oh, right. Sorry, my dear. I'm just so happy. I can't believe our baby is already on the way," Wen Chi said, his words a bit jumbled with excitement.
"Yes, it's quite a surprise for me too," Gu Huanhuan replied softly.
"But you've just found out you're pregnant. Won't filming be too much for you?" Wen Chi asked, worried. In the early stages, the baby is still unstable, and too much strain isn't good.
"It's okay. I only have a few days left, just a few more scenes. Nothing too intense, just regular filming. Don't worry," Gu Huanhuan reassured him, suddenly feeling that telling Wen Chi now might not have been the best idea. He'd probably be on edge for the next few days.
She should have waited until filming was done and she was back home to tell him, but she was too eager to share the good news.
