Bab 35: You're A Walking Contradiction

Izzy was still fuming the next morning. Why couldn't that brick wall admit he had gotten used to having them around? She hadn't said anything weird or rude so there was no reason for him to be like that. 

As expected, Julian was impossible to get along with. And before all that, she thought maybe…just maybe…he might be different than she thought. 

What a joke. Any potential consideration he had got wiped away by how he acted at the end of the night. Why did he have to be like that after getting all cuddly with her? Though it wasn't like any cuddling she had ever heard of. 

If it was any other man, she would have thought he was using her moving around as an excuse to get closer but Julian Shea wasn't simply anyone. The annoyance in his voice about her distracting him had been real. It had been nothing more than a solution to deal with a problem.
