Bab 40: Major Webnovel Changes

I will be brief with this, Webnovel fucked a lot of readers and writers over.
If you are unaware, there has been a massive change that basically forces the App's usage for Webnovel. This means a massive percentage of people will no longer be able to use Webnovel at all.
There are many negatives, but to highlight the main issues for readers: This means no non-English speakers can use the App or people that know the ridiculousness of using an App in conditions that do not allow it.
The problems for writers are not small either, whether they are contracted, obtaining feedback through the website, or editing chapters, it really screws them. This demotivated people, mostly writers, to switch over their work to other websites, which I have already started planning.
Personally, I don't use the App nearly as much since I am a writer. Even as a reader, I prefer the website.
Since this new update appeared out of nowhere, many have been frustrated and trying to gather information on it.
I found a few things through mainly the forums mostly.
Webnovel does not seem to want to rescind the update. Whenever asked about the consequences of the update, they reply with something like, "We are an App more than a website, and feel bad for the others. We do offer coins on the App, so cheer up!"
Obviously, this pissed more people off, but Webnovel services seem to not care, even deleting the terrible reviews that erupted from the update claiming they were "bots" or negative spammers. Very shameless about it, not even hiding the fact that after a few hours, all 1 Star Reviews suddenly vanished.
Webnovel has been declining over the years, but this will be a new low for them. It was never really hidden that the company (Qidian) has shamelessly scammed many people in the past, whom I feel bad for. I will try to answer what I can through comments and get a replacement ready to go, still deciding which alternative to choose.
In the end, I hope this can be solved peacefully, but it seems that nothing will be revoked, so let's hope we can move on together. If you are looking for more information, search the forums.

App users, this one is for you...
Since the website is now forcing App usage in the main areas, I want to tell you not to worry. I will continue posting chapters on the alternative and Webnovel's App because I do not want App users to also be negatively affected by this stupid update.
If you want to use an alternative rather than the App, feel free, I just wanted to leave the option available.
Feel free to ask questions, so that we can hopefully go back to read what we want.
