Bab 71: Chapter 71
After deciding to meet with the Goblins regarding the cursed locket, he picks up the three parchments Andromeda gave him with the locket and starts to read them.
The first one is about the borrowing of some of the treasures and books of House Black which is present there. He reads further to find out that the things were borrowed by Narcissa Malfoy and have not been returned.
He then reads the next one and the last one together as both of them are quite shocking to him and he does not understand why they are showing him this.
Both of them are marriage contracts which are between House Black & House Malfoy and House Black & House Lestrange. He reads the name of the person involved in the letter which is Narcissa Black with Lucius Malfoy and Bellatrix Black with Rodolphus Lestrange.
When he is finished reading them both, he finds both of them very similar to the contract he had with the Carrow twins before he changed it. Both of them are more like slave contracts than marriage contracts.
When he finished reading the contract Andromeda explained him more in detail.
"The first is the parchment is about the borrowing of the tressure or more like a steal of the items as they have never come back even after the date of return. I am sure it is Lucius who took this item and he probably thinks that Draco is going to be the next Lord of House Black so he doesn't have to return them. As for the other two, you already read the marriage contract of my sisters."
"I understand what you mean by that I do not understand what are you trying to tell me with the last two."
Harry said genuinely as he did not understand the meaning of what both of them meant with the last two.
"We want your help with this contract."
Sirius replies to him.
"What can I help you with them? And also Aunt Andi told me that the marriage contract cannot be changed after it is completed."
Harry said as he still did not understand what they wanted him to do.
Then Sirius explains to him the things they want him to do.
"We want your help in the annulment of the contract."
Harry wants to say something but before he can Andromeda speaks up as she knows that he doesn't understand it as she didn't teach him about this, as they don't have much time for it so she only made him learn the most essential one and other's he is still learning.
"For the annulment of the marriage, it is done by the Lord of the house with the approval of the person. We are going to talk about this to Narcissa as we know that she wants to annul her marriage with Malfoy but there is a slight problem with the contract. Our aunt Walburga Black made this contract that way that it becomes impossible to break."
She paused for some time before speaking again.
"When I flee with Ted, there is a marriage contract of mine that she wants to sign, when I hear about it I talk this with Ted we married immediately afterward. Grandfather wants to make Sirius the next Head of the House instead of Regulus, Walburga knows that whenever he becomes the Head of the House he is going to bring me back to the family or dissolve any marriage contract set for any of us sisters if we wanted to be."
After that Sirius picked up the contract and pointed at the clause written on both of them.
Harry read that carefully, it is written that if the contract is dissolved by a person other than those who signed then Narcissa/Bellatrix will die, or to avoid the death they have to marry someone within the hour of the dissolving of the contract who has equal standings to the House Black.
"I know it is pretty shocking for you but we want you to marry Cissy."
"But...How...I..."
Harry's mind completely stops when he hears about this as he doesn't know if it is real or if they are just pranking him.
"I know you are thinking that it is some kind of prank, I also want this to be a prank but it is hard for me also that it is not a prank. We just don't have any other option than this. You are the only one who fulfills all the criteria and is trustworthy. We have already gone over all the other options that fit the criteria in this period but we are unable to find any who we can trust other than you."
Sirius replied to him after seeing his expression. He also doesn't want this to flow like this but he is out of all the options. All the people who fit the criteria are families has ties with the Malfoy family in some way and they are not going to support them. He doesn't like asking his godson this but he also doesn't have any other ways to solve it instead of this.
He still is not sure about Bella as he is not able to talk with her and he has no chance to as she is in Azkaban but he can try and help Cissy so she doesn't end up there or worse die.
"I want some time to think about this."
Harry is conflicted by his emotions currently, he is thinking that it is not good to sign a marriage contract with someone older than him who is a similar age to his mother if she is alive. His mind is also agreeing to sign the contract so that he can save her, he doesn't know much about her except that she is the mother of Draco Malfoy but after seeing the expression of both Andromeda and Sirius he understands that both of them want their cousin to be free.
He knows that Lucius Malfoy works for Voldemort which means she is going to be involved in this mess even whether she wants to or not.
After that, all of them go to their respective room. Both of them have a slight smile which he noticed when he said that he is going to think about this, which makes his mind more of a mess than before.
When he arrives in his room, he is not able to sleep as he is constantly thinking about what to decide should he say yes or should he say no to them.
As he is unable to get an answer, he gets up from his bed and starts to walk into the Manor's hallways.

"Harry"
He comes out from his thoughts looks around his surroundings and looks toward his mother's painting who calls him.
"What happens, Harry? You are looking like you are in deep thought."
Lily asked him.
"You can tell us, anything son. If you have any problems you can tell us and we will try to solve them."
After seeing his parents he decided that it was the best idea to tell his parents to help him sort out this problem.
"After dinner, Sirius and Aunt Andi asked me something to do which, I don't know whether I should do or not."
After that, he started to tell them all the things from starting to the cursed locket to Sirius telling him to marry Narcissa. When he finished telling them all the things he waited for their reply and after some time James finally spoke up after breaking the silence.
"I think you should accept it to marry Narcissa."
Harry is shocked by what James said as he does not believe that his father is telling him to marry someone who is the same age as him. Lily is also shocked by this but waits as she sees that he is going to explain his reasoning for that.
