The maid tried to find the keys in her pockets but was left with nothing to hold.
"looking for this Marie?"
"..."
"Leonard give that back! Do you even know what you are doing?!"
"Oh of course Elizabeth, I do know what I'm doing!"
Leonard cheerfully replied, he jingled the keys whilst holding Lorraine on his other arm. He was genuinely having fun.
He might not be the protagonist but kicking the villains who were just blatantly doing stuff like this puts a mellow feeling in Leonard's heart.
Taking care of this kind of thing is the last thing Leonard would do, but if he did it, it brings him an unprecedented amount of joy.
"You brat! I should've killed you with your mother!"
Elizabeth yelled with a smirk. But Leonard smiled as well.
"You should've!"
He was joyful when he said this, as if it was the most obvious thing to do, this confused both the maid and Elizabeth.
"You see, Elizabeth. If you only used your smarts on being a proper human being then maybe none of this would happen!"
Leonard spoke with glee, his smile hasn't been removed from his face. He will thoroughly enjoy this play.
He started doing some gestures that people would think he was insane.
"If Elizabeth weren't this stupid, maybe you should've left the child alone!"
Leonard laughed.
"But to put your unreasonable rage on such a young child? She's only four!"
"She's six you stupid—"
"Even worse you hag! You fully know she's six and yet you beat her up!"
"Hag?! You and your mother are so alike! You don't even—"
"Shut up! That's why you're behind that cell, you're an idiot by all means!"
Leonard laughed once again.
"If only your mother wasn't born!"
"Oh, Elizabeth, that's the same thing for you! Why were you even born?"
Leonard looked at Elizabeth with pity.
"Don't look at me like that! Don't you dare look at me like that!"
Leonard shook his head slowly left and right, this adult woman was arguing with a 10-year-old child. She was truly a lost cause from the start.
Leonard couldn't help but feel pity for the OG Leonard. He has to live with this bitch all his life till death that's not even noting his behavior, which he got from this hag.
"How Pitiful Elizabeth… if you only didn't poison my mother in front of me—"
"That bitch deserves to die! Good thing I bought the weakest poison because she deserves to die slowly!"
This somehow irked Leonard, but he kept his cool and maintained his smile, his gaze started to get sharp just like his father.
"ah yes… Poisoning the woman of the man you love to gain his love, what an obvious thing Elizabeth!"
"Shut up! Shut up! If he only chose me she'll survive! I should've made you drink poison as well! If only Richard didn't beg that he needed an heir!"
Ah, no wonder Leonard was free to roam the surface. Leonard was so thankful to his father now and was regretful of the previous accusation toward Richard.
"Really?"
Leonard displayed a surprised look.
"That's good because he wouldn't even touch your body over the years!"
Then all of a sudden Leonard frowned.
"Who would touch a dirty woman?"
"Excuse me?!"
Elizabeth seems to lose it, Marie, her maid was just silently sitting on the bed with her face covered by her hands, she seems to be so done with what's happening.
"Leo?"
"Oh, hi, father."
Richard went down to the basement just to see Leonard talking to a banshee.
"Could you help me and put Lorraine in a room upstairs?"
"I… uh.. "
Richard's hands trembled when he reached for Lorraine. He couldn't help but feel bitter and guilty at what this child went through. but it's not the time for him to dwell in that, so Leonard cut Richard's time to feel guilt short.
"Father it isn't your fault so please."
Leonard knew why Richard couldn't touch Lorraine, as Elizabeth said, she looks like just his mother. And looking at Lorraine made Richard feel all the things he felt when looking at his lover.
In the end, Richard slowly carried Lorraine upstairs, Leonard however isn't done with his play.
He took his phone out of his pocket and tapped on it. Elizabeth seeing what Leonard did only has her eyes left wide open.
There are only a few ways a phone could be used in that situation. One is to call someone and have their conversation eavesdropped or the other is simpler.
"What a nice conversation with you Elizabeth!"
It's to record the conversation.
"How much are you going to make me suffer! You bastard should've died! I should've killed you!"
"Aww Elizabeth don't be so energetic we're just starting is all."
While Elizabeth was frantic and everything she has on is disheveled and filled with sweat. Leonard was just standing there aloof, he wasn't even bothered by what Elizabeth was saying.
"Do you think you can get away with this! I'm of imperial blood!"
"So?" Leonard flaunted his phone.
"I have a witness here! Don't get cocky you brat!"
"So what? Do you have evidence?"
Leonard chuckled.
"What you did is worse you know? It doesn't matter Elizabeth if you're of imperial blood. You're from the previous generation. Who would value you more than the previous Emperor?"
Leonard leaned towards the cell.
"No matter what you do Elizabeth. You're past your marrying age. And knowing your temperament… who would save you?"
Elizabeth felt a sense of dread the moment she heard those words. But she wouldn't bend in front of a child. She grits her teeth and was about to start shouting.

"Look at this picture Elizabeth, you're worthy to be in hotel 626 with this look! absolutely horrifying!"
"You—"

"Stop it!"
"Oh don't worry Elizabeth…"
Leonard suddenly released his killing intent.
"You'll feel what Lorraine felt all these years."
Elizabeth shook and started walking back, this was the first time Leonard had such a look. It was so devilish that Elizabeth couldn't help but gulp.
"I…"
"You can scream…"
Leonard smiled.
"The maid is the only witness anyways."
Leonard said as he placed a few potion bottles on the ground.
"N-no! Y-you!—"
Leonard released an intense killing intent and the pressure bore down on Elizabeth, the intensity was so fierce Elizabeth suddenly passed out with bubbles in her mouth.
"Ah… That's not enough."
Leonard wanted more, he chose to release killing intent so Elizabeth isn't physically harmed.
Her organs might fail sometimes but Leonard wouldn't let that happen. He needed to do more, this wasn't even comparable to the years Lorraine endured.

"F-father?"
"Lenneza? Weren't you supposed to be at a tea party?"
"No! Leonard copied my handwriting! I managed to stop the reply before it got delivered to MTS, Leo is getting meticulous…"
"Oh is that so?"
"Other than that, Father, who's that?"
Lenneza was curious, after stopping his little brother's plans she went home exhausted. Because the letter wasn't sent by a servant. It was sent to multiple channels till it finally got to MTS.
No matter how Leonard thought of that way made Lenneza shiver, but that didn't matter as his plans didn't happen anyways.
"She… she is your little sister Lenneza."
Lenneza was adopted by Richard, the reason? Because of Elizabeth. Richard wanted to defy Elizabeth by all means and adopted Lenneza from the orphanage.
Lenneza was smart, so Richard wanted her to inherit the duchy in case Leonard got victimized by Elizabeth. Richard's hands were tied; he couldn't help but think that Leonard was already a lost cause due to Elizabeth.
"L-little sister?!"
Lenneza was surprised, she didn't have a little sister in the first run, she never knew. What she did know was that Richard started becoming a greedy and unreasonable man to the point of self-destruction.
Lenneza took a good look at Lorraine, she had signs of abuse. This clearly shows the reason why the child Lorraine didn't exist in the first run.
"Leonard is in the basement"
"The what…?"
"Under the stairs, the left wall."
Richard handed Lenneza a ruby, Lenneza knows what this Ruby is. In the first run, she just took it for granted and gave the Ruby back to Leonard because she saw no value in it.
Now that she has regressed she knows that this Ruby is from Leonard's mother. As for the location Richard gave Lenneza…
"There is a hollow wall in the left wall under the stairs, there's a basement under there. That's where Leonard is."
"huh…?"
"He's currently… with Elizabeth."
This caused alarms to ring in Lenneza's head. She nodded and then ran under the stairs.
"This is here… but how do I…"
Lenneza took out the ruby, trying to find a way to get to the so-called basement. She raised the object and the wall started getting transparent till it was no longer there.
Lenneza was surprised at first but eventually came down the stairs that led to the basement.
"Leo?"
Then she felt it. The killing intent. She rushed down the stairs and looked around the hall, at the left side of the hall she saw Leonard looking inside a cell maliciously.
He was smiling maniacally that it sent shivers down Lenneza's spine, she had never seen this on Leonard's face ever. Only fake lustful and arrogant faces were always displayed on the first run.
"L-Leo?"
Leonard looked at Lenneza, his sharp eyes pierced Lenneza's soul, it felt uncomfortable that she couldn't help but step back. Then his eyes landed on the ruby Lenneza was holding.
"hmm… did father send you here?"
"H-he told me you were with Elizabeth…"
Leonard pointed at the cell. Lenneza slowly walked forward and as each step echoed in the hall Leonard watched her carefully.
Lenneza saw what was inside the cell, frankly, she was disgusted. There were feces on the floor and there was some on Elizabeth's dress. The stench of the urine she excreted could be smelled from Leonard and Lenneza's distance.
"Why are you?"
"oh just for fun…"
Leonard replied with a joyful tone towards Lenneza and took a camera out of his pocket to take a picture.
"Leo, why are you…?"
"Just some petty revenge along with what Elizabeth had done to Lorraine."
Elizabeth woke up with bloodshot eyes, she was very spiteful but in the end, she was so afraid she tried to crawl away.
"Aww, what's the matter Elizabeth?"
"Spare… Spare me…"
"Huh? Why? With what you did to my mother did you spare her?"
"P-please!"
Leonard emitted another killing intent that eventually made Elizabeth pass out pissing herself.
