"Sam, I will be fine.  Can you and Brad spend time with Grandmother while I am gone these next couple of days.  She did not look very good last night when I was visiting her."

"Boss, that you do not have to ask me to do.  I love her like she was my own grandmother.  Anyway, I knew she was not looking good as Brad dropped in yesterday on her because he had a little time to spare between his appointments around the hospital and made the same comment to me.  My worries are about you."

"There is no need to be worried.  I will be safe."

"You might be physically safe because you will be in places with security around you, and from what you told me your Daniel will be there…"

"He is not my Daniel!"

Sam laughed before saying "Boss, he is your Daniel.  Legally he is your husband, and I think when you pull your head together you will admit that he is more than just that."
