Aria Grant still held the doll tightly and thought to herself that George must not really know about the prescription, or else he wouldn't be so clueless.

"That's right, they went through all the trouble to steal it, but it wasn't what they wanted. They were afraid we'd pursue them further, so they hurriedly returned the things." Aria had made her point quite clear.

George seemed to understand a bit now, "You mean the prescription? Should we still pursue the case?"

Aria put the bear into her bag, her eyes changing as she hid her deep affection. Aria continued, "If they were coveting the prescription, why stop here? We must still investigate, even if they have returned the things. I have a feeling that the person behind this is connected to my sister's death."
