She had been looking forward to the moment where she could see her brother and her sister slowly appear in the distance to save her for so many nights already.

And now that the moment was finally at hand, she really can't wait!

However, her eyes instantly widened in surprise the moment she opened them.

Elliot and Jessica…

They were already standing in the sky not far from her!

And by the Gods, what a sight they were for sore eyes! Literally and figuratively.

Glorious black wings of flames spread out magnificently from behind Jessica, and the power that emanated from her was unmistakably at the King level. In fact… it had a strangeness to it that made Jennifer suspect she would be able to fight against even Emperors!
