Tobi shows ecstatic expression as he appraises all of the stuff he got. Even though pokedollars and pokeballs were common items in this world, it is a necessity and there is no need to explain more about them.
Tobi was more curious about the first three as he appraises it, Tobi can't help but smile widely so wide that his mouth was reaching ear to ear, scaring the people and pokemon around them.

[Chaos Energy] = Chaos is an ancient energy that could create anything from nothingness and alter reality itself. The greater the efficiency in manipulating chaos energy, the higher they could alter in realities and the less stamina it takes to create something.
[Mark of Trust] = A mark that the host could put in his subordinates who has a neutral or positive impression of the host. (The mark would not work when a person with a neutral or negative impression about the host are stronger than him. The higher the negativity, the higher the power difference needed.)
[Exp. Blessing] = The way of levelling in this world was far more complicated than you would think but with this blessing, the user's pokemon would level up through exp just in the game.]

The longer Tobi read the happier as he just get 2 op abilities that would be very massive support for his plans in the future.
Tobi put his palm closer as he tries to manipulate the chaos energy and in just a few tries, he finally succeeds as a purple-like flame appears in between his palm.
Tobi smiled happily but turtwig on the other hand, was surprised as it thought that Tobi's hands were on fire, he tries to blow the flame away but to no avail fail.
"hahaha it's ok, I'm fine" Tobi crouch and reassure turtwig which calm the pokemon down but deep down there is still some scepticism.
Tobi notice this also but he let it be as he still has many important things to do.
Tobi then started to imagine a pistol as the chaos energy started to combine and materialise a pistol.
After a while, the pistol was finally formed as it fall directly into his palms.
Tobi felt slightly exhausted but directly credit to his inexperience in controlling chaos energy.

Tobi inspect the pistol by dissembling it and he found nothing wrong with the gun.
Tobi assembles the pistol again and as he manipulates the chaos to create bullets this time.
Tobi could only make about 10 bullets as he was so exhausted, Tobi took a break as he sat down on the ground.
After 20 minutes or so, Tobi's stamina has finally replenished.
Tobi stood up and stretch his stiff body.
'Come to think of it, I still haven't seen Turtwig's status' Tobi thought as he was staring at turtwig who was eating some grass.
'Appraise'

'Turtwig's father should be a strong grass pokemon.' Tobi commented when he saw turtwig's 3 grass type egg move and 1 normal type that has connections with grass pokemon was enough proof.
Overall, Tobi was satisfied with Turtwig's Stats and potential, Tobi believe that it will only be a matter of time before Turtwig turned into a massive Torterra.
'System explains what is the effect of overgrowth and shell armor and what is an aptitude.'

[Overgrowth]: Boosts Any grass type moves when the ability-bearer hp was in a pinch.
[Shell Armor]: This is an ability that prevents pokemon from taking critical damage.
[Aptitude]: Aptitude is a measurement of a potential one's have, those who have higher aptitude would get stronger faster than those who have a lower aptitude.

White = Rubbish Pokemon | Common pokemon
Yellow = Decent Pokemon | Uncommon Pokemon
Green = Talented Pokemon | Rare Pokemon
Red = Extraordinary Pokemon | Legendary Pokemon

Purple = Genius Pokemon | Mythical Pokemon

Having a general knowledge, Tobi was optimistic about Turtwig future, Having 2 useful abilities and DeepRed attributes is enough for Tobi to believe that this Turtwig might become one of his strongest pokemon.
'Aptitude could also increase through various ways which means that turtwig could reach a Blue stage and even Purple was not impossible!' The more Tobi thought about how high Turtwig's potential was, he gets happier and happier.
"Let's go" Tobi said to turtwig as he immediately started walking in a certain direction not waiting for Turtwig to reply.
Even still in infancy, Turtwig was still a pokemon so he soon caught up to Tobi.
A Human and a Pokemon are now officially embarking on an adventure that will turn the world upside down.
