"Can you please walk a little slower?"

Athasia's eyebrows furrowed as soon as the guy halted. Her face bumped into his back and she rubbed her nose. The guy looked down at her. "What?"

The noisy surroundings resonated in their ears and the crowds getting thicker slowly merged with them. Max unconsciously grabbed her hand and with that force, the young miss bumped onto his chest.

Athasia jerked her head up and glared at the guy. "Stop pulling me," she snorted. 

The reason why she's a bit annoyed is because Max dragged her here. A night market full of people. It's because no matter what Max asked her, she didn't want to tell him the truth.

How was she supposed to tell him that she's not the real Athasia? For sure, Max will just laugh at her or tell her to stop fooling around. Besides, there is no point in telling him because he won't understand either.
